In Deer Highlands, our close-knit community is thriving under the recent creation of our own Mutual 53. This volunteer-based governing body is dedicated to ensuring the well-being, safety, and harmony within our Rossmoor neighborhood.

Our Events

Our History

Built in the late 1980s, Deer Highlands soon became one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Rossmoor. The 72 manors offer stunning views of the Rossmoor Valley, hills, and beyond from a variety of two-bedroom, two-bath floorplans.
